Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AgeShift at https://app.age-shift.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AgeShift provides software for adaptive exercise programming, training logging, and related wellness features. It is not medical care, physical therapy, or emergency services. Content and plans are for general fitness purposes only.

Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, joint problems, or any condition that could be affected by exercise. Stop training and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or other warning signs.

• Provide accurate information within reason and update it when your health or circumstances change materially.
• Do not submit sensitive medical data you are not comfortable storing in a fitness app (see Privacy Policy).
• Use the app lawfully; do not attempt to break security, scrape data, or harm other users.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country if higher).

Physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury or, in rare cases, death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercises you perform, whether suggested by AgeShift, a coach, or yourself. You are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, environments, and progressions.

Plans and suggestions are generated from information you provide and general coaching logic. They may be wrong or unsuitable for you. Human coaches (where offered) provide guidance but do not replace licensed medical professionals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgeShift and its operators, coaches, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) CHF 100, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence where prohibited).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk. Pricing and billing terms for paid features are shown at purchase; you may cancel according to those terms.

AgeShift branding, software, and content we provide are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal training purposes. You retain rights to your own data you submit.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, including how we respond to security incidents.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version and date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may require renewed acceptance at sign-in.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted; consumers in the EU/EEA may also have rights to bring claims in their country of residence.
